Vitamin-C is available in any food? All the diseases that can occur due to lack of it.



Vitamin C is available from fresh vegetables and fruits. Among the vegetables, there is vitamin-C in mulashak, lettuce leaves, mint leaves, green pepper, cauliflower, bitter gourd etc. Amalaki, lemon, orange, lemon, tomato, pineapple, guava etc. contain vitamin-C in fruits. Dry fruits and seeds and processed foods do not contain this vitamin.
